No bake vegan, gluten free, Paleo brownie batter made in 5 minutes flat!

Paleo Edible Brownie Batter

  • 1/2 c. coconut flour
  • 1/3 c. coconut sugar
  • 1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Pinch salt
  • 1/3 c. coconut oil, melted and cooled
  • 1/3 c. unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 c. unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 c. chocolate chips (vegan)

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the coconut flour, coconut sugar, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt until no lumps remain.  Add the coconut oil, almond milk, unsweetened applesauce, and maple syrup.  Stir until well incorporated.  If the mixture seems too thick, add another 1-2 Tbsp. almond milk.  The coconut flour is very absorbent, so adjust accordingly.  Fold in the chocolate chips.
