Oven Roasted Asparagus

Asparagus is very healthy for you, however, some people don’t like the taste.  The good news is I’ve noticed that more often than not it’s because they haven’t tried asparagus cooked right!  Overcooked asparagus is mushy and gross! So if you don’t know exactly how long to steam it, I would avoid that.  How to guarantee delicious asparagus?  Roast it in the oven! It’s so simple too.

Oven Roasted Asparagus

  • 1 lb Asparagus
  • 1 tsp Sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder (optional)
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil

  1. Preheat oven to 400℉.
  2. Trim your asparagus so that the tough parts are gone. If you want, you can also peel your asparagus with a peeler if you prefer it that way. (I don’t.)
  3. Line a baking pan with aluminum foil.
